Changed to this surgery a year (or less) ago. Previously with whitemans brae. What a substantial difference! From being looked at and treated like trash, to being believed and made to feel like I wasnt a burden. Anyone who doesnt like this surgery, go register with whitemans brae and youll see what an abomination of a surgery looks like. This surgery changed my life for the better.

Just registered with this practice today after having to go through a number of hoops to do so and having been initially told that Fife GPs had no capacity which is profoundly ridiculous. Called them today to complete my registration and was asked to bring in identification. Just went to the practice to do so and was presented with an extremely rude woman in reception who didn't seem to know anything about why I would have been called in and who did not even introduce herself and who then proceeded to talk to me like I was some kind of an idiot while a young girl working alongside her smirked at me. An extremely bad start to my association with this practice and does not bode well for future. Fed up with chronically poor service and attitudes in NHS practice.
