Yes this practice is hard to get through too and wait for an appointment. I've been with this practice since birth yes there has been few shady doctors in the past but now I think the team are great and Dr lemke and cunningham are 2 of the best female doctors around and actually feel like they care and want to make you better. Dr Fordyce is great with children and always goes out his way to help them. They have worked for a long time with locums so this puts extra pressure on the full time team. And if you don't want to tell receptionist what's wrong it's your right not too and say its private. So stop moaning and look for solutions to help rather than winge. I have a lot of health issues at present, so I know its stressful trying to get a doctor but we all have to work together to help the practice and not waste there time or patients who don't turn up The NHS IS ON ITS KNEES AT THE MOMENT AND YES IT ALL COMES DOWN TO MONEY SO IF YOUR NOT HAPPY GO PRIVATE. NHS WISH THEY CAN DO MORE BUT THEY CANT SO COUNT OURSELVES LUCKY WE HAVE THIS FREE SERVICE AND OUR MEDICINE IS AS ADVANCED AS IT IS. IF YOUR NO HAPPY GO PRIVATE AND IM SURE YOULL GET SEEN QUICKER.

Probably one of the worst experiences with doctors practice. Never answer / get through as they seem to only have 1 telephone for the whole practice. Always gives busy tone. Only 2 of the doctors in this surgery actually worth seeing and they are the only ones I have found to care in this entire surgery, if you can get through for an appointment ofcourse. Reception staff on phone are rude when questioned about "busy tone" for hours on line. If possible, avoid this practice. Mental health may get the best of you by the time they answer their phone. If you are like me and stuck here for now, best of luck!
