This place is an absolute joke I must say. This is the 3rd time this has happened yet still gave them the benefit of doubt by placing another order with them again. My little nephew was looking forward to his waffle and ice cream. but unfortunately we havent received it alongside the rest of our order. My nephew has went to sleep upset as hes been looking forward to this all day! Ridiculous! Last time we placed an order we didnt receive it until 3 hours later this time round theres no show of it. After placing the order on the app I made a call to the shop asking when the estimated delivery will be to be told the driver is away delivering in Burntisland and upon return will deliver my order. It closes at 10pm waited and waited to then make a call at 9:55 and NO ANSWER! If I could give it 0 stars I would.
