Incredible serivce I phoned dental emergency line at 2:20pm and they arranged an appointment for me within the hour at 3:05pm !!! Furthermore, I was waiting less than 5 minutes there. Honestly cannot believe it. So happy! Thank you dental team at willow drive and the team at emergency dental support line!

Took my daughter here as she needed a few (4 or 5) back teeth taken out. Shes 5 and has a horrendous fear of the dentist. Staff were lovely when we went in, she was abit freaked out getting the sedation but eventually managed and she was soon sleeping. I was then told to wait in the waiting room and someone would come and get me when they were finished to sit with her when she woke up. And that's where the nightmare begins, after around 20minutes in the waiting room I could hear a child screaming, like really screaming, this went on and although it sounded like my daughter it was very muffled and I'd have thought someone would have came to get me. Then I heard an unmistakable 'daaaad' in amongst the screams. At the point I got up and went looking for her as a nurse was coming to get me, I found her hysterical being PINNED down on a bed by 3 strange nurses she or I had never seen before. Whilst shouting and forcing her down on the bed they seen me coming and said shes 'abit upset' I them calmed her down as much as possible. The rude ness continued then as soon as she'd taken a sip of juice and had calpol forced down her neck they put us out, blood still pouring out her mouth, TEN teeth removed, 5 at the most needed taken out, the rest of her back teeth were fine. So here we are 8 hours after the appointment, still bleeding, in pain and completely needlessly left my daughter with no back teeth. I'm not someone who looks for compensation or anything like that. I simply want people to know that this Victorian era practice takes place in this day and age and if your child needs teeth removed stop at nothing to have your dentist do it and not this bunch of ignorant outdated battleaxe's. If any of those 3 nurses I seen pining her down worked in a nursery they'd be struck off instantly. Perhaps the NHS will address this. My daughter already had a terrible fear of the dentist, now she will never go back. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE FOLKS
