Templehall Dental Practice

Terrible experience. I had two front teeth filled, I got him to look in the mirror at a giant tooth had no gap looked worse than they were to begin with. Called to come back was told no appointments (left with the horror no help) I have now went private and the dentist was so shocked she literally fixed my teeth free temporarily ans to be fair the private cost isnt much more than the nhs. Sad that this happened absolutely knocked my confidence and I paid for all that, to be ignored and not heard.

Had a bad experience with a BUPA queensferry private dentist last week so got an emergency appointment with Michael. He spoke to GP and got me fitted in quickly to get a wisdom tooth removed. Ive never had a tooth taken out before so was a nervous wreck. He was so reassuring, calm and very clear with instructions ect. Amazing dentist! I had even asked him if that was it. Was no where near as bad as what i had built up in my head and he got me out of pain quickly after the go ahead from my GP could not be more grateful. Actually a better dentist and better experience than what i paid to go private last week! Highly recommend this dentist. Everyone so friendly too.

I've been coming to this practice for years and am very happy with how they look after me. It seems to be mostly young dentists in the practice, so they're up to date with the latest thinking and learning in the field. Every dentist there who has seen me has been gentle in their work as well as friendly, patient and respectful in their manner. Special mention to Joanna who sorted a major permanent filling for me today. Thank you.
