I have been popping in here, the past few weeks, on my way to work, to grab something for my lunch. Fisher & Donaldson pies and cakes are awesome. But the staff behind the counter, could be doing with, at the very least, cracking a smile (its not difficult) youd think they were at a funeral! The customer service is non existent! And chatting between themselves while customers are waiting to be served. Up your game guys! Youve got a job, that presumably youre being paid for.
