If I could I'd not have left any stars as this shop doesn't even deserve that 1.. however I took my phone for repair which came with warranty if i took 2 him, touchscreen had stopped working after my son threw it to the ground, he said it would cost me 220 which 10 of that incl the new back cover as mines was smashed, dropped my phone off 31st march in morning and he said my phone would be ready on Saturday morning.. I received the call to collect my phone around 11ish on the sat.. when I collected it he said he had to put a white back on my black phone but also stated he would replace that when he had black back in stock free of charge (that's fine) however the following day when I removed the tape from my top camera and bottom at speakers as stated to leave on for a full day I noticed a little black mark right next to my front camera, I disregarded it as didn't think 2 much of it until 2 days later on Tuesday evening I noticed it was getting larger so I called him to notify hum about this to which he replied I've pressed on screen 2 hard 2 cause it (why would I be pressing on screen at my camera let alone to leave a screen bleed?) Also said that the supplier wouldn't do anything because of the number of days it had been and if I wanted it repaired I'd have to buy another screen and take it into him to replace for me, again reminded him of the cost just 4 days prior to this to which he kept passing blame back to me, I've contacted trading standards and will be taking this further as it's shocking he would take peoples money and not rectify a clear fault of HIS without is costing more.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HES DONE THIS TO A FEW WHICH I'VE BEEN MADE AWARE OD AFTER PUTTING A POST ON MY FB PAGE... sending all these to trading standards also!
