I usually liked to get coffees from there but since I have to get different milks because I cannot drink the normal one I have to order a different style coffee but that seems to be a big problem because I lot of the times that I ask for a different milk I just get given a normal coffee and bug off. Most of the times I have to keep asking that this is not the right coffee like I know there is not any issues with my English because I speak it normally so I don't know what it is now

I never seem to have much luck with Starbucks. The staff are generally ok at best, but there are some bad ones out there. I was thanked for my order and told they would bring it over, I was then beckoned to collect it when it was ready...!?!? My medium latte with extra shot came out as a large, so I lost the coffee in all that milk. The blondie cake was very nice so an extra star fir that, but overall, I think I will try and find an alternative coffee shop if I can.
