I have had very mixed experiences with this company unfortunately, mainly stemming from management! The supervisor who visited my parents in my presence was amiable, yet forceful about what mum needed to be done and how often. As my mum has mixed Dementia, it is difficult to deal with people she doesn't know and I have since discovered she didn't say much in case she got a row. I was to check after the initial cleaning session that I as mum's Attorney was satisfied before a Standing Order was set up through my parents bank account, thereby setting in place a contract in Scots Law. The upshot of all of this is that mum's cleaner refused to go back, as mum was following her about - something Dementia sufferers can do, not only with a stranger but family too. I raised the matter with the manager, as I had received a text confirming the usual cleaning slot, again contractual, to be told that with immediate effect no further services would be provided. I have real issues with any company professing to be suitably qualified to deal with people with Dementia that can decide to effectively abandon a vulnerable adult who had an undiagnosed infection affecting their behaviour. My advice is to make sure this company understands 'the law of contract' in Scotland before daring to sign up to it's services.
