I bought my car from this garage at the start of the pandemic and could not fault the sales team whatsoever. I had a great buying experience and I am really pleased with my car. However, after my two year service plan ended, I called three times in 2022 and once in 2023 to try and set up a new service plan, and was told I would be sent information which never came through. When I called to cancel my upcoming MOT and service because of these issues, there was no apology, and I was told (via the only email I have received which did come through promptly) there was only one upfront payment plan available which is not what I had been told on any of the previous 4 phone calls. Really disappointed with the customer service.
