David originally carried out some superb work for me. He had to return to complete outstanding works and I have had to wait well over one year for this. Now all I am getting from David is excuses and not showing up. I have received in excess of 30 Emails from him. David thanked me for complementing him on his good work. But now all I receive are excuses, stories and simply not turning up because he forgot. The last story was an in depth explanation about how he had to attend an emergency, which went on and on. I was not convinced by this Story. I have twice got away early from work in order to meet up with David so he could measure up for the outstanding works in 3 properties. However, David did Not show up. He claimed he could start the works the following week after having waited for over a year. Then David 'forgot' he was on Holiday. This is to rectify works Carried out by the Council in order to modify a house to suit the needs of a Disabled Man. Sadly, my Partner has now passed away and the house requires to be reinstated to how it originally was. My Son did state that David's prices were expensive. David charged me for repairs to Wooden garden furniture and for screwing up hanging basket brackets, THEN Added a further 20% VAT ON to his Bill. How you have strung me along David and made me wait and Wait .... Shame on You! I am extremely disappointed with a supposedly Professional Tradesman
