        Customer service at Pharmacy is a total disgrace. You wait in a queue for 30mins to then be told they can't help with a repeat prescription because there's too big a queue. Shocking way to treat a customer! So I contacted a local independent Pharmacy, the staff were so friendly and the overall service was far superior.

        Terrible place to collect your prescription or to hand in a prescription,you will be in agony,ill and waiting in a queue for more than 45 minutes is not actually healthy. The staff need more useful training how to handle the patients and also I will urge the boots to increase the staff too as this is one of the busiest pharmacy
