        I had my first m as massage in about a year today and I would highly recommend! Full body Swedish massage by Devan. She was lovely and the best masseuse Ive had from there! Will be booking back in asap

        Went to the studio at 11am this morning 31/08/2021. According to website, studio open. No one on front desk . Knocked on staff room door, no reply. Phoned twice whilst in reception hoping this would prompt someone, each time it went to answer machine. There was a kiddies class on and I asked in there. Told that studio does not open until 12 noon. No signage, nothing. Was looking to purchase a gift card

        I really enjoy attending Pilates and Yoga classes at Mind and Body Studio ! By regularly attending the classes there, this has helped me to recover from a painful knee injury I had a few months ago. The instructors for the classes ,I have attended are both friendly and caring. A big thank you to all the staff who work hard at the studio to make it a nice place to visit and attend classes there !
