Derek provided drawings for alterations to internal layout within my house. He dealt with all council permissions and completions certificates. He was professional and very helpful. Id recommend using him and will keep him in mind if I require future drawing work.

I contacted Derek Balfour to discuss a project I was working on. I appopinted Derek to undertake the works. His service was exceptional! very responsive , professional and completed and dealt with all aspects of this project in an efficient manner. Drawings are in accurate Because of this the council won't pass my conversion Also it is serious health issue as it is linked to a gas membrane which means its not fit for living in but derek won't return my calls or take ownership of future invoices due !
