        Had a great experience here on Thursday and Friday. Despite an error with the 3rd party booking, Aidan generously resolved the issue after speaking with Carlos on reception and were a delight to deal with. Margaret and Jo the housekeepers do a fantastic job with the rooms and were super friendly and even gave us some suggestions thanks! Calum was a great help in the evening with the fire logs and during breakfast. The chef was incredible, Cullen Skink, duck cooked to perfection and the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. Thanks also to our South African waitress (sorry forgot your name) who was on point with her recommendations Looking forward to our next visit already. Thanks for the hospitality to all involved!
