Small and efficient ferry service from Islay to Jura. Note, only about 4 cars can fit at a time, and check timetables for operating hours. Also, vehicles have to reverse onto the ferry, although the crew are very good at ensuring everyone manages this process well. Crossing completes in about 15 minutes in calm conditions. Blue badge holders get a discount upon display of a valid blue badge. Payment will be collected by a staff member, ideally by card, before boarding, at the vehicle queueing area. No public toilet facilities on the ferry or on the Jura side, so use the terminal facilities on Islay if needed.

This is where the ferry to Jura goes from and the ferry to the mainland calls in on the way to Colonsay. It is 5 minutes across to Jura from here.
