        Right at the top of Jura is the brilliant Lussa Gin distillery. Friendly and welcoming people who produce a unique flavoured Gin. We shall enjoy our purchase when we get back home.

        For starters - the gin is incredible. Secondly, the distillery is amazing! Almost fairytale-esque given its remoteness and the friendly, welcoming nature of the team. I would recommend anyone visiting Jura to visit the Lussa distillery and I hope I visit again at some point in the near future.

        Gin distillers are about as common as kilts in Scotland. Here jn jura, they're alone with the scotch distillery. Mercifully, they do a great job. For 40 you get a bottle of the good stuff, full of the head-clobbering scents of lemon myrtle, juniper and coriander seed that adorns the locality. It's well selected from the still, so tomorrow won't be a problem either...

        Enjoyed a tasting with Georgina. Great local gin. Very knowledgeable and informative but most of all very lovely. She also makes the cakes for tea on the beach which are exceptional
