        They rented us a broken generator. One male member of staff was polite when we reported the fault, however the rest were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant after they had been paid. We are a small company who decided to use gennyhire for a big event. The generator they gave us had clearly not been checked over properly. It had a broken fuel gauge and it died on us, lost us custom and destroyed our reputation. They are refusing to help or advise us properly and have not even apologised. We paid over 1400 for a weekend hire! Extortionate prices! When we told them about the issue their Manager was argumentative on the phone and stated she did not believe us, saying conversations between us and them had never happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they rent faulty goods to their customers and provide an extremely poor service.
