He also failed to put the glass front properly back in the fire....a danger in itself! Luckily before ordering these parts I had an approved Bell fires engineer call. He said there was nothing wrong and no new parts required. I was charged 60 call out by Sandy and threatened with a lawyers letter if not paid. This is daylight robbery. He may be ok with old gas fires but not with the latest ones.
