Clancool engineers always promptly respond to my urgent requests (usually in the form of me leaving panicky voicemails the day before). For us as a business in hospitality, they play a crucial part in keeping us going even in the most stressful of times - by fixing coolers and/or ice machines, they have saved us from a substantial product loss several times. They're always curteous and punctual, and frankly, a pure joy to deal with. I recommend them highly and appreciate everything they have done for us.

very professional team for the entire process from receiving the quotation to installation. I ordered an air conditioning with 2 indoor units and one outdoor unit for our house. I received the quote, after the initial agreement, David came to visit our house to discuss the options and confirm the scope of work. He explained everything and we agreed on the unit locations. Once the equipment arrived, I was given a date for the installation. The installation team arrived on time and they have done the work in a very professional manner. They complete the work with the timeframe I had been told. Everything was tidied up, no mess left in the house. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend ClanCool.
