        Return policy is terrible. You have one week. I returned a dress two weeks after purchase. Was to receive a credit note / voucher. We asked if we had six months the to spend as the stock was low in the shop and VERY little in a size less than a ladies size 40! Or a man's size XXL for my husband. We felt forced to purchase something we didn't really want. Credit note for 40, jumper mot really wanted which cost 97. But as stock low and less than one month to cash it in it was the only jumper that fitted. Very disappointed after years of shopping in this store.
