The service provided was professional and above expectations. I spent years on trying to find information and the amount I had sent back to me for just 3hours as an intro package was unbelievable. I would recommend to anyone looking for that extra push in finding a connection or just wanting to see about your family history. Wonderful service by Sarah. Thank you

Sarah showed tremendous care and attention to detail when tracing our family tree. The results of her research were very enlightening and effectively surfaced high quality information which history had confined to public or private archives. We are very happy to have gone through the process of researching our family tree with Sarah.

Sarah has been very helpful in preparing a tree for me. Genuinely enthusiastic and interested in her work: also very knowledgeable and helpful. Would certainly recommend Unlock Your Past to anybody.

At the outset it seemed little, just snippets of information. Written on different pieces of paper and in different handwriting, were the names of two sisters, the name of the ship on which they sailed from Scotland in 1855, their final destination of Launceston Tasmania and two names in a family bible. This information had been passed down through the generations. I was grateful to be the recipient of these snippets, in a time when far more resources were available to me. Still, the brick walls held strong, and I had no knowledge of Scotland, its localities and history, from a genealogical perspective. I sought Sarahs assistance by way of a 3-hour exploratory session, providing her with a comprehensive outline of my research to date. Sarahs research in 3 hours gave me insights which had eluded me, and showed me a way forward. Working with Sarah was a pleasure, her research and report were concise, articulate and easy to read, with evidence of the outcomes to support her research. I would recommend Sarah to anyone who needs to dig deeper in Scotland but is unsure where to start. Lyn, Melbourne
