        I can not describe what a wonderful day we had at the spa. From the moment I began the booking to the end it was the most excellent day. Treatments were wonderful, staff amazing and we will most definitely be back. I cannot recommend it enough

        We had an amazing experience at the spa and couldnt fault the treatments, facilities or the staff. However, from booking to going there there were a few hurdles we had to overcome. As well as the cancellation of the afternoon tea(which we understand) there was a mix up with vouchers that were purchased and a miss understanding of payments already made prior to spa day. However the member of staff that greeted us couldnt be more helpful. The only thing that we felt was missing would have been a possible offering of tea/coffee in the relaxation room after our treatments as it seemed to be rather rushed as well as before we went into the pool at the start of our day, there were other visitors still in using the facility, so we couldnt get the full hour use before our treatments.
