We asked Wise Property Care to assess our ground floor flat for damp in some of our rooms. The Chartered Surveyor, Fraser Stewart came and successfully identified the type of damp, its extent, and proposed the remedial action to protect the property. The quote was detailed, clearly setting out the scope and limitations of the work they would provide. They were capable of doing all the work from start to finish, but were happy to allow us to do some of the prep work ourselves, thus shaving a little off the cost. The work was carried out by competent tradesmen who had no qualms correcting any work that was not done to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
