This firm was recommended to us by friends who had had a great experience. Unfortunately we didnt. The list of failures and mistakes is too long to list here but in brief they proposed a conservatory structure that had a void between our property and our neighbours. They told us this would be capped, making it wind and watertight. When they subsequently found out they couldnt attach any flashing to our neighbours wall they suggested it be left open to the elements which we rejected. They proposed some minor remedies which were not appropriate yet insisted that they had met their obligations and kept part of our deposit when we cancelled the contract. On top of this they didnt follow their own procedure by applying for planning consent without even consulting us. The drawings they sent were different to the ones we signed off on causing embarrassment with our neighbours. They then sent a number of incorrect drawings to us after this event. Overall the whole project has been a shambles. They have some nerve to keep a proportion of our deposit bearing in mind they wasted a year of our time and caused us stress with absolutely nothing to show for it. Instead of doing the right thing they refer you to their terms and conditions so please read them carefully.
