React Fast First Aid

I've just finished a two day course, learning first aid for an outdoor event. A lot was packed into the days, however, it was covered very effectively -- covering both the material planned and sufficiently answering any questions which participants had as to specifics within situations, and what to do. Nicky is extremely well organised and highly knowledgeable, and it shows easily when she delivers her knowledge. It is good preparation for any event where there may be risks and hazards to health, and also as a refresher; since we don't administer first aid very often, it is easy to forget, and it is always changing and being updated with discoveries of new information.

Nicky runs as excellent course. I completed the Outdoor Emergency One Day Course. It was well run, well resourced, very clear and very helpful. Hope I never need to use it.

I really enjoyed the course it was one of the best courses I have being on, there was a lot to learn but it was very much a good mixture of both talking and practical. Nicky was great at teaching and took time with all of us individually.

Great outdoor first aid course, that really packs a lot in, and tests your abilities OUTDOORS.
