The Kilted Christmas Tree Company Ltd

The tree was requested for delivery Friday, 2nd December. There was no advance notice that it would be delivered on a different day - 2 days early in this case. I was home all day. However, the delivery person didn't find it necessary to push the buzzer. Instead, they left the tree in laying on the stairs in a building which has seven flats. It was not labelled with anything to indicate who the tree belonged to and it subsequently caused issues with accessibility on the staircase. It was only upon hearing my neighbours discussing the random tree on the stairs that I checked the tracking link for our tree. The tracking said it was delivered and signed for. That's an exaggeration to say the least. Neither myself or my husband provided any signature. We weren't even aware that anything had been dropped off, so the service was hardly sufficient in terms of being delivered. Upon notifying the company of the issue, nothing was done. We would not spend money with this company again. EDIT: The company was notified of the situation on 1st Dec and said they would look into it. When I followed up two weeks later, they were still looking into it. They have finally refunded the delivery fee.

This is the 3rd year weve ordered our Christmas tree from The Kilted Christmas Tree company and weve been really pleased with the tree (Nordmann Fir) on each occasion. The delivery service is very efficient and the trees look great and hold their needles well.

Have had Christmas Trees from Kilted Christmas Trees for a good few years now and have to say the service is great and our Normand Fir trees were fab this year again. Lovely shape and complimented by friends and family.
