Fantastic place, Rumbling Bridge is an amazing place to not only work but for all residents and family members. Staff get an abundance of training offered and support from all employees. The team are fantastic and make for a very pleasant working environment, I love that all the resident go out on the homes wheelchair accessible bus nearly every day!

The most appalling place Ive seen. Do not put anyone into care at this place There may be maybe a few carers that are nice but most of them are inconsiderate, in a bad mood. The receptionists are so bloody rude its disgusting. No help with anything When you knock at the door there is no answer. If you want to phone a family member at night dont think they will answer It took a whole day and night to get them to answer and by the millionth call we gave up. Im writing this to tell you all to not go to this place if you have a family member in this care home. Take them out and find a better, happier place Because 99.9% of the people that work here are not nice. Dont give you the time of day. You need reassurance in this type of place and you do not get it with these carers.
