However, he was paid in full, in advance, for services not provided. Upon arriving in Scotland we learned that his helicopter needed parts. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Upon our return to the U.S. our money was refunded, but we lost over $400 USD on the exchange rate. We recommend using caution when sending money to a different country and also payment in full, in advance, of receiving services.
To Graham's credit he is an honest individual and the exchange rate is out of his control.
We are very disappointed that we spent $400 for nothing!
