Total disappointing & awful service! They did not fit door! Carpet waste left everywhere! Even they have not finished job properly to cover whole areas of house. Keep promising to someone will come to finish the job. Nobody never come to finish the job. Now they are not bothering to pick up the phone! Avoid

Be warned Avoid !!! Totally had an elderly man over after laying lino in the kitchen the first flooring fitter damaged some pipe work in the kitchen the worker then walked off the job second lot came and at least layed the flooring, they took payment before job was complete. They should have claimed there liability insurance for the damage this should not have been on the customer. Abysmal customer service you may have refused to pay for the damage but reviews can at least warn other people.

Terrible service, cant to fit our floor, first day didnt bring the two people required and showed up an hour late with no apology. Broke a nozzle on a pipe and we had to wait for a plumber before they would finish laying floor, again no sorry. Second guys were better but left all their mess and parts of our kitchen cabinets off and never put them back. We rent our property so feel bad that the landlord has had to deal with this bunch of cowboys who dont seem to care about anything now theyve had their money for the job. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

What an amazing store! Cease (spelt incorrectly) who I believe to be the owner has a sense of humour, was extremely helpful, gave us a discount(bless him) and I just wish there were more store owners like him! His colleagues couldnt have been nicer, delivered the item my son brought right there and then! What a team !! Need a bed/sofa/ carpet GO to this store. 10/10
