        Stayed one night on the way back to Glasgow from Lewis. Des and Sinead are wonderful hosts, arranging a meal out at short notice (Kingussie was largely closed, out of season) and providing a fab breakfast. Bed was superb and chat in the bar was lovely. Lovely restful stay, 10/10 recommended, looking forward to getting the chance to stay again.

        I cant say enough positive about The Osprey Hotel and the owners Des and Sinead. Kingussie is a cute town with many sights to see nearby and worth a visit. We stopped by for two nights between Isle of Skye and Edinburgh. We were warmly greeted, shown to a nice room with a brand new mattress that was the most comfortable of our trip. In-room TV had all the content you could want to watch. We needed dinner as we arrived somewhat late and that was the first of several excellently prepared meals. The front lobby/gathering area was wonderful for chatting with the owners and other guests. While visiting, make sure to visit the barracks a couple of minutes away and the folk museum (plan a few hours for that). After dinner take a walk around town up the street and through the woods. Thanks for a great stay, Des and Sinead!
