Lovely place! Lots of choice with great advice, info from the owner- I go for goat and sheep because of crohns and tried some delicious cheeses, enough to drop in the next day to buy more of the ones I tried and a new one....met daughter this time- also v knowledgable, friendly, lovely- and i love the way the names are written on the cheese, so helpful...really reasonably priced and addictive! I bought the sweet balsamic charred garlic yum and venison chorizo and a jar of course venison pate- also gorgeous. I had been let down by a closed restaurant and another was fully booked so I needed this gem to enjoy some special delicacies- Ill be back, and for a sit down with a drink- I heard the owner had a restaurant locally, Ill bet that was outstanding too- Sooo glad I found this place, thankyou,

Amazing little heaven of Deli food from the best producers of France, Italy, Scotland and more. What a treat to be able to find rare cheeses and meats as well as fine liquor and wines in the beautiful Scottish landscapes of Kingussie. Lydie is a passionate business owner and we cannot recommend the Cheese Neuk enough, you have to see it for yourself !

The owner is French! Cheese and wine tasting was off the scale! What an absolute gem in the Cairngorms town of Kingussie.

Visited this wonderful deli on a recent visit to Kingussie and discovered a real gem! A wide selection of amazing cheeses all kept in beautiful condition. These were complemented by some exceptional artisan oils, vinegars, dressings, chutneys and biscuits all made by the owner Lydie ( who is lovely - very knowledgeable about all her produce and with an amazing passion for cheese!). The Balsamic vinegar with Dalwhinie whisky is to die for. There is so much more with great locally produced salamis, olives, tapenades and an interesting selection of wines. Best of all there is a small dining area at the back where you can enjoy a cheese and salami platter with a glass of vino - absolutely delicious! Worth travelling out of your way to visit. Thank you Lydie - we will be back!

Beautiful deli shop in the middle of Kingussie. Amazing cheese selection and exceptional service. We ended up bringing a small selection of cut cheese and crackers as a lunch for the train. The staff kindly prepared everything for us. Would definitely visit again!
