This has been my dog's, Mason, vet for a long time after we had a horrendous time finding a competent vet that would see him during COVID. But he absolutely loves coming here and always makes a scene out of excitement and we're always greeted warmly! He has some anxiety issues and can't wait inside, so they accommodate us by coming out to get us, which really takes the anxiety for pet owners away of vet visits! We are currently relocating abroad on short notice, and not only did the girl at reception fit me in within 2 week's notice, but the vet at our appointment today also went above and beyond to make sure we have all the right information. She even phoned to double-check requirements - this was not a rushed appointment whatsoever (we were there for 1.5 hours). When we forgot our rabies vaccination record, she waited for ages with me as my husband went to get it. And when it was the wrong record and turns out we misplaced it she, yet again, went above and beyond to find a solution to make a certified printed copy to be attached to Mason's health cert. This has been a very stressful time for us moving our little boy, but the staff were very empathetic and helpful we will miss you, Ardene House!

Wrongly diagnosed my dog...when queried...they waffled their way out of it...as expected...with a whopping fee of 289 for 5mins

After two years I feel I'm finally getting the answers that I have been looking for . My Frenchie girl pepper has had recurring gastrointestinal issues. All the staff from the reception to the vets and nursing staff have been fantastic they have really looked after Pepper, and the vets take the time to explain exactly what's happening haven't felt rushed at all, and are more than willing to answer any questions that I have had. I only wish I had taken Pepper sooner.
