I cannot fault the staff who deal with your pets. They are caring and attentive. The receptionist however clearly cant be bothered with you or your pets issues. I arrived at 8:30 and the sign said it was still out of hours. I waited until 8:50 before trying the door to find they were open but hadnt changed the sign. I was there to try get medication for my pooch, I was told this wasnt an option as they had no vet in (seems pointless having an entire shop open for just a receptionist), she said she could book me in for the next day. I was half way through explaining this was not an option as the medication was changed on saturday and the dog is not responding to it. The phone went and the woman cut me off to answer the phone, she spends 5 minutes on the phone clearly upset at her morning being inconvenienced. Multiple times whilst on the phone she looked at me and rolled her eyes about whatever issue the phone client had. I ended up leaving whislt she was on the phone because of how rude she was. I was absolutely astonished at the attitude of this member of staff. I do not feel they are in an appropriate position if thats how they treat customers in their time of need. After leaving I phoned kingswells practise who were wonderful. This happened Tuesday 14th March
