Bill's Wok Inn

Me and my son got a Chinese last night and my son absolutely loves a Chinese. He ate about 3 fork fulls and said it had no flavour at all. My dishes was exactly the same to the point I had to add salt and pepper just to give it a wee bit of flavour my son wouldn't touch it and asked for some toast instead. Pretty shocking when a kid who loves a Chinese takeaway asks for toast instead eating the Chinese. I still have about 95% of it in my fridge as I tried calling them but couldn't get through. Really not happy at all after spending 25 and none of it got eaten. Everything was absolutely freezing cold when it arrived aswell. I used to love bills wok Inn. I have no idea what has happened to the place but I think it's time they closed there doors. This is the 3rd time in a row it has been beyond unedable. No flavour at all. I will be calling back today when they open and asking that they come and collect this and give me my money back. DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Thinking of changing my Chinese food takeaway I've been a long time fan of BWI but recently..price up... portions and quality down...tonights delivery...Duck tasteless..runny hosin sauce. Bbq ribs ...all rib and grisle, sauce tasteless and gloopy. Pancakes rolls..greasy and cold. The chow mein was fine....over 30 ..disappointing. time to look elsewhere.
