Incredibly friendly place with all different types of wool, yarn, cotton, bamboo (stuff suitable for vegans, too!) and a library of patterns for you to choose from. Even more than that, the staff are so helpful and if you get stuck with your pattern, drop a stitch or don't understand why your knitting doesn't look like the YouTube video when you followed it to a T, the lovely owner, Hilary, is always on-hand to help explain and show you how to un-chuff up your mistakes. They have a knitting evening on Wednesdays, too, where ladies pop in and do their knitting over a cuppa and some cake!
