Elegant Fireplace and Stove Centre Ltd

Had an ACR Tenbury log burner and new marble surround fitted by Elegant Fireplaces. Kirsty, Archie and the fitters Stewart and Andy were all great. Top service and care. They were recommended by two of my neighbours. Loving the new fire, will be great on winter days/ nights. Thanks again.

No phone call to reschedule for booked appointment which was a no show, and didnt call back after me phoning back to rearrange. Customer service does not appear to be high on their priority list, and this would worry me if I was contracting this company to do work.

Excellent advice and service by Kirsty, and fireplace installation arrangements via her by SJM stone. Evonic inset fire perfect. Very satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend.

Wouldnt use them smashed door step tiles ,tried to repair now needs redone , still waiting on chimney swept glad we got local lad ,had leak on fire top they werent interested had to deal with fire retailer our self they are a joke

We are delighted with our new fireplace and electric stove and the overall service from Elegant Fireplace & Stove Centre. Kirsty went above and beyond to offer us the best price, even phoning suppliers to see what she could do. Highly recommended :)
