In order to make an appointment, you have to either call or walk to the centre, but only between the hours of 08:00 and 09:00. After this time frame it is impossible to make an appointment, even for the following week, which doesn't make sense, since by calling between 8:00 and 9:00 the following morning would mean you would get an appointment that same day. If you do manage to get an appointment - on the phone this could take about half an hour since the line is constantly engaged - you must first complete a telephone appointment - why? Because of Coronavirus. While packed trains, busses, schools, shopping centres, football stadiums, etc are all open, we have to adhere to these tedious rules solely because it is a health centre. How do the patients and staff spend their free time (away from the centre)? In social isolation? Pointless. The same cannot be said for the doctors, however. They are friendly and approachable and do their job with professionalism.

Doctors here are great BUT the practice manager let the whole place down!!Avoid at all costs, no empathy and cant check records correctly!!!I found the level of customer service very poor, I moved practice and in between being set up, I needed a repeat prescription, the practice manger couldn't even check my records properly saying I wasn't on the medication id asked for!
