Poor valet car was dirty at pick up called Peter to speak to him just wanted me of phone uninterested pointed out overspray on car still there at pick up point oh sorry forgot won't use again

Dont get me wrong. The actual repair was fine. They did what they were meant to do. But omg what a shocking service overall. The young girl on reception was the most rudest and unprofessional person Ive ever had to deal with in a service industry. It was as if I was dealing with John Cleese in a Fawlty Towers scene. She told me when I dropped my car off that the repair would take max 3 days..I was previously told 2 days max by phone. Bridgend never ever called me to update expected time of completion. I had to call them twice. Both times that girl told me youve got a courtesy car so whats the problem ! True, but I had to cancel a weekend away with my family and dog because they failed to repair my car within the timescale agreed and failed to inform me of the delay. That cost me 50 to cancel the weekend hotel as Bridgend said theyd charge me if I put my dog in the car. She even rolled her eyes at me when I complained. When I collected the car she had placed a yellow post-it note on the inspection form to say check for dog hairs and charge. So should you use Bridgend? 1) Yes if you want a good repair but also experience a grumpy and unprofessional front counter girl. 2) defo not if you want a good service

Picked up car. Found that the alloy wheel nutts had been took of car. When we returned back to n ileland. And had to repair door hinge and widow switch. I would not recommend this garage

Got myself a Dacia Sandero, reliable Car with low miles, was a no brainier. Dealt with Graeme throughout the process which was very quick, no hidden agenda or false promises etckept me informed of the situation and was a pleasure to deal with throughout, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
