        Ive been taking private reformer sessions with Diane since the start of July. Ive struggled to run without injury for some time and have been slowly building up again. Ive just ran 20 seconds short of my PB at park run this weekend but more importantly my mind/body connection felt amazing and Im still pain free! Cant wait to see how much more I can achieve.         Love Diane and her classes. I've been running for years without taking the time to stretch and build my core. With Diane guidance I've improved both in short space of time. She always takes the time to explain the moves and adjust my posture. An added extra is the great atmosphere at her classes.

        Great teacher, attention to detail focusing on the individual, building strength and stamina. Goes at your pace whilst encouraging and supportive. Classes have helped me from being stiff and soft to supple and toned. There are moves I thought impossible that I can now do thanks to the attention Diane pays to each person.
