Took our dog to this groomer the other day, asked for a trim and tidy up but was almost completely shaved, cut was a mess too, as the hair on top of his head wasnt touched. Mum was told he was matted, our dog is a double coated breed and should NOT be shaved. Very unhappy with this service. Not only that he came back more flinchy after being with this groomer, I dont know what happened but hes been off since being there. I wouldnt recommend. He doesnt like being groomed or brushed so I can understand if hes more difficult to work with but we handed in a dog and came out with a rat. Supposedly known in breeds cut but clearly doesnt know that the breed cant be shaved.

Ive been taking my cockapoo Oscar to Patricia and her team for 3 years and after every visit I couldnt be happier with the results. I remember when I was first looking for a dog groomer, I was nervous about where to take my beloved dog and thankfully I found Cute k9s and never looked back. I never worry about leaving him as the team look after him so well. When hes been groomed he looks gorgeous as the results are always amazing. Thank you for looking after my fur-baby for all these years.
