DO NOT use this care home, as previous reviewers have said, staff are the worst, especially the nurse who I dealt with, they have "misplaced" my mums belongings and can't find them. Worst care home ever, I wouldn't put a dog in there.

Staff are complete and utter bullies. And management dont care. And refuse to do anything about it. And often take the side of the bullies. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Another disappointing attempt at trying too see my aunt and my mum, her sister. Full year Ive tried too get in met with hostility. Firstly went a year ago too be told too do a test which resulted in my nose being scabbed too which I was told I should record it on the yellowcard scheme listed side effects. (Which Im assuming any staff still using tests has ever looked at) also told I need too wear a mask even when exempt. Each time due too mask exemption and disabilities and reluctant too do more medical procedures that damage me and asking questions of nurses about the damage of these tests too be told they dont even know whats on them. So Im asking them that own this place too confirm or deny what Im saying as Im sick of dealing with people that cant read and using control for medical apartheid. Not like a virus has been isolated and now them in charge that ran it out getting held accountable. What kind of place is this that allows staff too gather outside the place puffing there lungs out then refuse two relatives a visit incase we pass something on absolute cheek I think the owner needs too re-educate the manager and staff on human rights equality act and the disability act oh and any nurse that took an OATH and allowing this needs sacked !!!!!
