        Fitted a new pump for my old heating system. It's working great, what a difference. Arrived when they said they would and really pleasant, helpful guys.

        Initially responded promptly and professionally but then completely useless. Vague about when would come - maybe next Tuesday Failed to show up - ever Failed to respond to a polite follow-up e-Mail (considering that there may have been a reasonable explanation)..

        He won an insurance job in our home after we had a fire, fitted a new bath room and didn't plum the bath in properly and now have damage to our kitchen ceiling he also fitted a cheap and nasty combi boiler that didn't even last 6 months and we then found out it had a 3 month warranty,he will never be back in our home and would not recommend him to anyone.
