        Took my signed football shirt to have a name printed above the signed number already printed. Once I got it home to frame realised they had heat pressed the signed number which faded the number and signature. Asked as to why they had done this as surely they would know not to heat press an already pressed on number. Their response was it's the fault of the person who printed the shirt first. You can have your 6 quid back if you like. Outstanding response to my now ruined boyhood hero signed shirt. These guys don't know what they are doing. Don't assume a company always knows what they are doing.
