Terrible company to deal with; >Left our party stranded without transport claiming we were late when in fact they left early as they'd double booked themselves with their next pick up. >Gave us abuse on the phone calling us liars. >The 2 women in our group that were able to get on board at the second pick up location were rudely told to get off. >verbally confirmed a full refund on the phone on the day but then refused to refund the full amount. >refused to give proof their bus was even onsite. honestly 1 star is too much, disgusting service.

Booked to take 17 of us to Glasgow from Ayr & Kilmarnock. Bus driver never showed up in Ayr and when we called him he claimed he'd been there and we were late. He was very rude, swearing and shouting on the phone saying he wasn't taking us because we were late and liars. He then turned up at Kilmarnock early, let two of our group on the bus, continued to verbally abuse two of our group on the phone, chucked the two girls off and told us the fare was cancelled and we'd get a refund. We had to find last-minute transport to Glasgow for the event. The company then refused to refund us, or give us a copy of their Tacho to prove they were at the collection point when they said they were. Avoid at all costs. Driver is an overgrown man child with a disgusting way of dealing with customers once he has their money.

In my opinion this is a dishonest, unprofessional company. I bought a bus from them which had structural defects, not mentioned at purchase point. I have tried to complain numerous times and had no response. Take care if your children travel with them. The bus we purchased was unsafe.
