First time ever leaving a review like this, but I feel I need to. From a professional point of view, the level of customer service I received while using this company has been appalling. Kelvin Valley Properties (who were great) recommend this company as solicitors for moving house, I definitely dont recommend. I was made to feel like I was being a hassle because I was unable to access bank statements so I offered to take a check. This is where I was being difficult. They would have to send it to me I wouldnt receive our money for an extra few days even after I told her that would be fine. After finally sorting out proof of my bank account being in fact mine, when I received our funds there was in fact less than we were told would be there. After querying this, I was told if you had taken a check you wouldnt have had to pay this fee when I explained that I OFFERED to take a check this wasnt made clear to me. This HIDDEN fee also wasnt made clear to us beforehand in the breakdown of fees we received the week prior. I was simply told sorry theres nothing I can do. Nothing further was done about this mistake Moore Marshall had made. Today, a number of weeks on, I received a phone call from them. When I answered I was greeted with a very unprofessional Can i speak to Danielle? Yeah where you living now No explanation before hand, no introduction, not even a hello.
