when someone asks " do you still do the sesame CHICKEN toast ?" and the untrained staff member say "yes we do" then when asked to confirm that you still do CHICKEN toast for the untrained staff member to say " yes but it now contains PRAWNS ( which we would not have been told if we did NOT confirm for a second time if u do it, would have KILLED ME as I have a severe seafood and shell fish allergy)
I will definitely be contacting the authorities to investigate your branch now as what you have done by this a serious concern in to your food safety and the kind of training you give your staff.
Dietary restrictions: I have multiple but the most important ones are severe allergic reaction to shell fish and all seafood
