        Disgraceful level of service. Let down on three appointments. Most recently contacted to ensure that a pre-holiday appointment was still on and replied that the owner was in Dubai and the shop was closed! No notification of this and now left with no other alternate arrangement for a dog groom. Would have turned up to a closed shop if we didn't have the foresight to call ahead. Not impressed and will never use again.
