I had my stove installed today. I couldnt hope for better service. They've been in touch with me all the way. I'm more than happy. Maybe you can get it done cheaper but not better. 100% recommended.

I cannot recommend The Glasgow Stove Centre highly enough. From ordering my Burley Stove to getting it installed the service and workmanship has been fantastic. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you guys!!

Utterly utterly brilliant service. I can't recommend this place enough. Really nice people to deal with and did actually what they said they would, on time and to price. Gavin their Director is wonderful and very very accommodating. Very pleased with our new stove which looks lovely....

This firm fitted a logburner for me a little under a year ago. I have just received return of my sweep fee and the cost of cleaning my lounge carpet given soot deposits from a sweep. The carpet had been laid for 6 days. It was a velvet wool and cost 1500. The stove door had not been opened since the Spring when the stove was last used. They denied that they caused the damage. My insurance company said because of the cost of replacement that my legal insurance would not pursue. I was advised by the carpet company that to clean such a new carpet was not recommended. The marks are almost invisible now but the carpet will never be the same again. It is now 2 months old! The fact that they denied it and did not have sufficient covering protection before carrying out the sweep was clearly negligent. I could only raise a small claims action at my cost to have replaced the carpet which would have been costly. If you use this company make sure they take the appropriate steps to protect your property before carrying out any work. For me I cannot use them again given their complete lack of integrity having called them immediately after they left to complain. Their director arrived and inspected and took pictures and didn't even apologise. No doubt advised by lawyers never to do so to avoid any acceptance of liability. That for me given the circimstances is unacceptable, lacks integrity and frankly unprofessional. Use at your peril.
