        McHales describe themselves as "Professional-Reliable-Trusted" on their website. This is not the case in my experience. Difficulty getting them out to look at the job....they went to wrong address. Second time lucky, looked at job and said they would give me a quote the following week. That was 7 weeks ago. If only they had said they weren't interested in smaller domestic jobs in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted my time with them.
